This team builds a clinical AI execution platform for risk-bearing care organizations. A network of agents works over a longitudinal patient context graph: clinician-side subagents read charts, extract clinical signal, and generate structured recommendations through an in-EHR conversational agent, while patient-side agents reach out directly, gather updates, and triage concerns, with the two sides handing off in real time. In this role you would build that platform, covering context management, tool use, orchestration, permissions, memory, and human-in-the-loop workflows, and take new clinical AI experiences from rapid prototype to production.
What you'll do
- also design evaluations measuring task success, clinical quality, reliability, safety, latency, and cost, build observability across model behavior and traces, and partner with clinicians to translate real workflows into software they can trust
