the team's Agent Orchestration team builds the runtime and model-orchestration layer that powers its AI agents in live enterprise customer conversations. The work spans real-time voice with strict latency budgets and longer-horizon reasoning, plus the evaluation, A/B testing, observability, and simulation tooling around it. Expect experimental, frontier-style engineering that changes as model capabilities change.
What you'll do
- design the agent harness itself: routing and execution logic, multi-model orchestration using router, planner, and supervisor patterns, tool invocation, and the control-plane systems that decide how agents behave and stay within safety guarantees
