This team is a AI-native healthcare company operating a full-stack AI care platform across several consumer health brands. This role owns the entire UGC virality system end to end: sourcing creators, managing output quality, building AI-assisted workflows, coordinating clippers and editors, and optimizing publishing cadence. The goal is a large step-change in monthly organic branded views across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
What you'll do
- architect and scale distribution networks — clipper networks, meme pages, repost accounts, and creator partnerships — and run the creative performance loop, finding winning patterns and scaling them systematically across creators and channels
