This team is a company building AI-powered CAD for hardware development, used by more than 4,000 engineers. Joining a small team expecting to double in the coming months, you would own the design, architecture and delivery of core systems end to end, and partner directly with the founders to turn loosely defined goals into shipped product. The role includes setting the engineering bar through code review, testing and architecture, leading the productionization of ML systems, and standing up CI/CD, testing and observability as the team grows.

Python with Django, Flask and SQL on AWS, and hands-on desktop or native application development on macOS or Windows is a requirement
