This team is a AI-native healthcare company building a full-stack AI care platform. This role turns an existing referral program into a real viral growth engine, owning the whole product growth function: referrals, invite loops, UGC, social sharing, gifting, freemium, and new viral mechanics. It is a brand-new function reporting directly to the CEO, so you define the strategy, the team, and the roadmap.
What you'll do
- lead your own engineers and designers, ship experiments daily on referral mechanics and loops, and build the analytics stack for viral coefficients, referral rates, and loop performance
