This team builds the infrastructure behind frontier data creation for agentic and hard-reasoning AI workflows, working with all five leading AI labs and serving as a data infrastructure partner to a wide set of startups. Founded in 2024, the company, reached eight-figure revenue, and grown to roughly 40 people. This is a deliberately broad engineering role with end-to-end project ownership: prototyping reinforcement learning environments, deploying distributed experiments on Kubernetes, building Next.js dashboards, and creating Kafka pipelines.
What you'll do
- design scalable systems including RL environments, APIs and human-in-the-loop platforms, and work directly with researchers at partner labs
