This team is a company building AI-powered CAD for hardware development, with more than 4,000 engineers already active on the platform. The team is building a foundation model for physical design, aimed at the geometry and physics understanding that general-purpose language models lack. As the first dedicated ML hire, you would work alongside the CTO to design, train and evaluate custom models and embeddings, own the full data pipeline from wrangling and curation through the training framework, build training and evaluation infrastructure, and take models from prototype to production.
