This team builds advanced molecular profiling diagnostics for patients with difficult cancers, combining exome, transcriptome, single-cell, and protein analysis. As Head of Engineering you would define technical strategy and the product roadmap alongside the founders, and own the full software surface: internal analysis tools, patient portals, and physician portals. The role is a player-coach one, so you stay hands-on with code, pull requests, and architecture while growing the engineering team.
What you'll do
- also build the data infrastructure behind molecular profiling and partner closely with computational biologists and PhD scientists
